Nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the hot air ballons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They can arrange a lot of activities for Cappadocia. Breakfast is divers with a lot of tasty options. Service at breakfast was excellent. We had a kingroom which was beautiful.

Oh my gosh, you have to stay at Divan! This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything and super easy to get to and from the main centre. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we had, so many options, fresh and just delicious. The rooms were so fun, was a great experience staying in cave! The rooftop had the BEST views of Cappadocia and the hot air balloons, there’s a big bar and another top balcony with the most beautiful rugs, cushions, fairy lights and a big day bed. Doa was the main staff member we spoke too, she was just so beautiful and kind. Made us feel so welcomed and helped us with everything! Cannot recommend this place more, was the highlight of our trip and a hotel we won’t ever forget

The staff was lovely, very friendly and accommodating. We had the suite, so our bath tub overlooked everything. It was beautiful.

I absolutely loved the rooftop - to me, this is the best selling point of the property (besides the staff!). The decor is tasteful and serene (I appreciated that there was no neon). Nida at the bar was fantastic, was so sweet, and even offered to take my picture when I was struggling with my camera. Doa at reception was also amazing and helped me get re-booked when my balloon trip was cancelled for weather. Breakfast was yummy, the walk to town was slightly farther (and steeper!) than I expected, but it was nice away from the main area of town.

We stayed here three nights with my wife for our honeymoon. Rooms were original and spacious, breakfast was rich, staff were polite, and the main center is only a 7-8 minute downhill walk. They have valet service for your car, which was convenient. Coming to this city, you must have a car, or you should rent it. Great views from the terrace; you just have to wake up early for balloons! Overall everything was high caliber for the price we paid, hence Divan Cave is a solid 9, but I marked it up to 10 because they did something extraordinary; we somehow didn't have proper blinds for windows in the grand suite, which means that you'd wake up with the sun, but after our request they immediately installed new blinds to all windows within the same day, and changing a major aspect of the room at such short notice is some exceptional customer service for sure. I am not hesitating when I am recommending this location to any couple for a memorable holiday.

The amenities in the room were very thoughtful and had almost everything you would want including a sewing kit. Although the drain in the bath tub in my room I think might have been broken as it was quite hard to plug it, but eventually we got there. The rooftop view was great, especially in the mornings when the hot air balloons are flying across the town. Although, there are also many other rooftop top views right next to this one in which might be at a lower price? The breakfast in the morning had a great spread and had proper honey from honey combs in which I’ve never seen before, definitely great quality produce. This accommodation is situated up the hill, so a slight incline to get to but is approximate 6-7 minutes walk to the main centre. It is a nice place to stay but also on the pricier side.

It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

I love everything about this place. Perfect staff, perfect location, perfect food. Abdullah, Eliz and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Even if they cant speak in English they will try using google to help us. We book all our activities (ATV and Hotair balloons) through Divan, and it is legit and trusted. During out hot air balloons activities i lost my phone, and abdullah help me until i get my phone back. He was very committed to get my phone back. Many thx to him! Their breakfast awesome and we looking forward every day for breakfast! Chef is friendly and willing to explain the dishes. They also help us find “dubai chocolate” , send personally to our room. Definitely will repeat staying here! Oh yeah! Abdullah suggest to us to eat at Seten Restaurant and WaAllah delicious, chef kiss! Incredible

Wonderful Location. The highest point for the rooftop terrace. Each room was unique. I stayed in the Suite and the Twin Bed room.
